I got the korma chopped noodles and the cold skin noodles. If you can stand a little spicyness, I highly recommend the cold skin noodles. So good. For what it's worth, I'm Korean-Chinese and enjoy authentic Asian food. There's good food at this place.

Mim's is a Uygheur restaurant that is pretty worth checking out! Atmosphere: Very spacious interior. A good number of tables available with a pretty high ceiling. The sound really bounces off the walls, so it can be a bit noisy when there's so much amplification. Service: it's self-seating after getting the menu from the front. Ordered a Lamb Skewer ($4), Guyru Laghman ($16), Watermelon Doghap ($4) and a slice of Honey Cake ($8). The Doghap came out in about 8 min, Lamb Skewer 15min, and the Laghman 20min. The Honey Cake came out in less than a few minutes after ordering. Getting the check definitely took a bit of time though. Food: the Doghap drink was pretty nice. A sweet frothy drink with a chilled, slightly crunchy texture on top but otherwise smooth. The Lamb Skewer was super tender and well-seasoned with an underlying lasting spice that has a nice kick, but not overwhelming. It makes you really wanna take slow, prolonged bites just to savor the food a little longer! It's a shame they only give you one per order when the picture on the menu has 2. The Guyru Laghman was a nice and hearty dish that's just overall satisfying. There was nothing overtly notable about the dish, it was just overall pleasant. The Honey Cake had an earthy, not overly sweet taste. Basically built like baklava, but the crispy wafer texture is replaced with a shortbread feel. The cream helps it from being overly dry, but it was not something that I'd be compelled to finish if I didn't pay for it. Value: Subtotal: $32. this is a good restaurant, and very well-priced! The drink, starting bites, and entree were definitely satisfying, but I would definitely skip dessert though. Would recommend a visit!
